Located within the Plantation Village precinct in Tengah, the 1.48-hectare Plantation Village Common Green is designed to bring residents together and weave nature into everyday life, as part of a vibrant green spine that runs along the 1.3-kilometre Plantation Farmway in Tengah.

Beyond providing visual relief, the Common Green serves as both ecological infrastructure and a functional community space. Incorporating Active, Beautiful, Clean (ABC) Waters design features, the park achieves 100% on-site stormwater management.

Shaped by the site's natural topography, a series of thoughtfully designed spaces — including plazas, playgrounds, future urban farming plots, and community lawns — are arranged to guide rainwater naturally towards the rain gardens, lawns and biofiltration basins which allow for the effective filtration of rainwater into the soil, minimising surface runoff.

Complementing this, a diverse palette of 70 resilient and pollinator-friendly plant species and over 650 trees support biodiversity, outdoor comfort, and a cooler environment. Through considered layering and planting selection, the Common Green integrates seamlessly into the broader urban landscape.
