Toa Payoh Ridge, which is located at the junction of Lorong 1 Toa Payoh and Toa Payoh Rise, comprises 4 residential blocks with staggered heights of 25 to 40 storeys with 920 units. The project includes a 3-storey social community facilities with a preschool and Residents’ Network Centre.

Completed ahead of schedule despite post-COVID-19 supply chain challenges, the project team demonstrated resilience in strategic planning of this complex site and successfully diverted the utility services which include a live minor sewer and high-tension cables. Careful planning and coordination were also undertaken to minimise disamenity to a neighbouring school and residents, to ensure works progressed smoothly and on schedule.
