Located along Bedok Canal and Bedok Park Connector, Tampines GreenOpal comprises 8 residential blocks ranging from 12 to 17 storeys with 1,070 units. This project features 2 multi-storey car parks with roof garden, 2 standalone childcare centres and a Residents’ Network Centre.

The project largely sits within the Railway Protection Zone and MRT reserves, subjecting construction works to strict safety regulations. This was carefully managed through maintaining close coordination with authorities and implementing rigorous monitoring and robust precautionary measures to protect the existing MRT tunnel. Proactive measures were also taken to minimise impact on underground utilities – for instance, a large existing NEWater pipe was carefully safeguarded by optimising the position of micropiles.
