Located along Tengah Park Avenue and Tengah Drive, Parc Residences @ Tengah consists of 12 residential blocks ranging in height from 7 to 14 storeys with 1,044 units. The project features a 3-storey Neighbourhood Centre (NC) with a polyclinic, supermarket, food court, enrichment centres and other amenities.

Given the complexity of the 2-storey basement car park, the contractor utilised a top-down construction method that optimised the structural support systems and increased construction efficiency. Rather than using conventional scaffolding for the installation of the 30-metres high metal roof and ceiling at the atrium within the NC, a heavy-duty ringlock scaffold system was adopted to improve safety during construction. To ensure sufficient hoisting capacity across the large site at all times, 16 tower cranes were deployed, improving productivity.
