Parc Flora @ Tengah is bounded by Tengah Drive and Tengah Garden Walk. The project comprises 4 residential blocks ranging from 12 to 14 storeys in height with 560 units. The amenities include a preschool, children’s playground and fitness stations.

Despite site access constraints arising from concurrent external infrastructure works in Tengah, proactive planning and close coordination with neighbouring contractors ensured uninterrupted deliveries of precast components to the project site. 2 temporary occupation licence (TOL) plots were secured to support the storage of precast components, while the implementation of virtual mock-ups and use of spiral connectors made precast installation easier. Together, these efforts enhanced productivity and safety throughout construction.
