MacPherson Weave, which is located next to MacPherson MRT station, comprises 7 residential blocks ranging from 15 to 19 storeys with 1,382 units. It features a 2-storey preschool, and a Residents' Network Centre.

A comprehensive site utilisation plan was developed to overcome site constraints such as limited construction access, working within Railway Protection Zone, and the safeguarding of an existing high-voltage cable along the project boundary. The contractor increased productivity through the adoption of BIMax — a digital quality control and assurance platform that enabled real-time coordination for the extensive precast production and installation. The Virtual BCA Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) inspection was also piloted, facilitating the ease of inspections. Prioritising both efficiency and safety, the project was delivered to a high quality.
