Garden Bloom @ Tengah, bounded by Tengah Central and Tengah Garden Walk, comprises 7 residential blocks that are 15 storeys in height with 782 units. The project includes a standalone preschool and a garden farmway located along the viaduct.

Despite major constraints arising from ongoing construction of a nearby road and MRT track, the project was successfully delivered on time through good construction planning and practical solutions such as revised work sequences and close stakeholder coordination. Innovations such as the deployment of spray painting and screeding robots at the residential blocks greatly enhanced efficiency and productivity on site.
