The project comprises 6 precincts that underwent the Home Improvement Programme (HIP), with a total of 3,157 units located at Joo Seng Road, Bendemeer Road, St George’s Lane, Chai Chee Road/Avenue and Choa Chu Kang Street 51 to 53.

Despite the project's scale and geographical spread, there was meticulous cross-site coordination, detailed resource planning, and a residents-first approach which upheld high standards of safety, service delivery, and community well-being. Dedicated WhatsApp channels were set up to provide every household with real-time updates and swift responses, while seniors and vulnerable residents received additional support — from furniture moving to phased toilet upgrades and complimentary touch-ups for seniors without household income. Technology such as 360° cameras and digital endoscopes was also adopted to capture unit conditions and ensure accurate pipe inspections, further enhancing safety and quality across the precincts. The project achieved a 99.38% handover rate and received commendations from the Prime Minister and Advisers, reflecting its positive impact on the community.
