The project comprises 2 precincts that underwent the Home Improvement Programme (HIP), with a total of 2,933 units located at Bishan Street 22 and Street 24.

To overcome structural constraints, innovative solutions – including the use of a specialised Mast Climbing Work Platform and re-engineered main support brackets – enabled the installation of the External Retractable Clothes Drying Rack at the flats. Proactive measures to protect residents from dust by using dust extractors and protection sheets were also implemented, significantly improving their experience throughout the works. The contractor went the extra mile to enhance the residents’ rest and study areas with artistic designs and provided exceptional care for the needs of seniors during upgrading. Their thoughtfulness towards residents, effective communication, and technical excellence led to high resident satisfaction and a successful project outcome, earning commendations from the Grassroots Adviser and residents alike.
